Where Mountains Meet Flavour

Cafe Bayak is a small and beautiful cafe in Mayoon, Hunza. It is surrounded by big mountains, fresh air, and a calm river. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your time.

We make fresh fish and BBQ with care and love. Our goal is simple, give you tasty food and a peaceful place to sit and enjoy.

Chef & Founder — Sajid

Cooking by the river, with the mountains around me, is not just my job. It is my way of sharing the beauty and taste of Hunza with everyone.

Chef Sajid is the heart of Cafe Bayak. He has more than fifteen years of cooking experience. He was born and raised in Hunza, where he learned cooking from his elders and understood the real taste of local food.

Over the years, he worked in different kitchens across Pakistan and improved his skills. Today, he cooks with love and care, using simple and fresh ingredients from the mountains..
